• Starlink is a satellite internet service provided by SpaceX. It uses a network of low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites to provide high-speed internet access, especially in remote or underserved areas.

2. What type of service plan is included with my DFW Starlink Rental?

• The Unlimited ROAM service plan is included. This plan is best for RVs, nomads, and campers, and working on the go. Key features include countrywide coverage, in-motion use, international travel, and coastal coverage.

3. How much does it cost to rent a Starlink?

• We offer a flat rate rental price of $99/week, regardless of if you need it for 2 days or 7 days. Rental prices include the cost of the satellite dish, router, and monthly service fees. No hidden fees.

4. What’s required to get connected?

• Set up Starlink with just two steps. Instructions work in either order:
  1) PLUG IT IN, 2) POINT AT SKY

  Starlink requires an unobstructed view of the sky. Download the Starlink app to determine your best install location.

5. Is there an installation fee?

• There is no installation fee; we will show you how to set it up upon pickup and if you ever have any questions, feel free to text us!

6. How quickly can I get the Starlink service set up after renting?

• Starlink's access readiness process is simple, often taking just a few minutes to complete once you have the necessary equipment.

7. Can I move the Starlink system to a different location?

• Yes, Starlink is portable, so you can move the dish to a different location. However, it’s important to ensure you have a clear view of the sky for optimal signal strength.

8. What is included in the Starlink rental package?

• The Starlink dish, a Wi-Fi router, cables, and access to the internet service. Hardware to attach to your vehicle is not included.

9. Are there data limits or throttling with Starlink rental?

• Starlink's service offers unlimited data, but there may be occasional network congestion, especially during peak usage hours. We’ve never experienced any issues!

10. Can I cancel or return the Starlink rental early?

• You’re welcome to return the Starlink early, however, the weekly flat rate fee will still apply and will not be prorated in return.

12. In which areas in DFW Starlink Rentals available?

• DFW Starlink Rentals is available for rent in the DFW metroplex. Pickup / dropoff is in Lantana, TX.

13. What happens if the Starlink equipment is damaged during the rental period?

• You are required to return the equipment in good condition. In the case that there is damage to the equipment, a $500 fee will be assessed.

14. Is DFW Starlink Rentals a good option for temporary or travel needs?

• Renting a Starlink can be a great solution for temporary needs, such as for a vacation home, remote work site, or travel trailer, where you don't need a long-term commitment.

15. How do I return the Starlink equipment when I’m done?

• When you're done with the rental, you’ll return the equipment to us at the same location where you picked up.
